I recently did this piece for my reel, it is based off of a concept by Imaginism.

Maya- Base Mesh, Lighting
Zbrush- Sculpting
Photoshop and BodyPaint- Texture painting
Head Uv Layout- UVs
Mental Ray- Rendering
Nuke- Compositing
